October Drop in Grief Circle

Join Tracy Chalmers, end of life Doula and co-founder of The Grief Well for an evening of exploring grief together. This 90 min gathering will serve as a container to explore and share grief in community through poetry, prompts, ritual, sharing, witnessing, and silence. All grief welcome - past, present, and future - death and non-death grief.
