Join us for a 4 week series of drop in Grief gatherings this March! This is an offering to gather in intimate community and tend to our hearts in a compassionate contatiner that includes invitations of connection, spaciousness, vulnerability, poetry, reflection, and sharing what is true and present for you in that moment. There is zero pressure to participate in each element, you care for you by tuning in to what is needed. There is so much medicine available in just showing up with curiosity and openess. Together we explore what it means to be a community of grievers, what is the felt sense of allowing ourselves to be witnessed? And to be a witness for others. What are the possibilites within a space where grace is the foundation?
