Drop in March Grief Gatherings (VIRTUAL)

Join us for a 4 week series of drop in Grief gatherings this March! This is an offering to gather in intimate community and tend to our hearts in a compassionate contatiner that includes invitations of connection, spaciousness, vulnerability, poetry,  reflection, and sharing what is true and present for you in that moment. There is zero pressure to participate in each element, you care for you by tuning in to what is needed. There is so much medicine available in just showing up with curiosity and openess. Together we explore what it means to be a community of grievers, what is the felt sense of allowing ourselves to be witnessed? And to be a witness for others. What are the possibilites within a space where grace is the foundation?

*These circles are not meant to be therapy, We are not licensed counselors or therapists, if you feel you need additional support please be sure to arrange that for yourself. 

Cost: We offer circles on a sliding scale between $25-$10. Please  chose your rate basised on your situation and know that when the full amount is paid, you are helping to support a spot for someone else. It takes a village, this is community care in action.
